Due to recent actions executed by Law Enforcement in response to Mississippi Attorney General’s opinion that consumable, and ingestible h**p products (intoxicating and non-intoxicating) are illegal in Mississippi; and deemed a "Controlled Substances". With further statements that retailers in possession are in direct violation of Mississippi state law, thus violating Mississippi Controlled Substance Act 41-29-139. Opulent High is making the hard decision to postpone our fall event, Cannabis & Wine En Blanc. We hope to reschedule this event at a later time once this matter is resolved via legal proceedings, and or a legislative action.

Our goal is to protect all who attend our events, as well as protect ourselves from any potential legal entanglements. Although it was a tough decision to make, we have determined this is the most prudent action at this time.
