The MSUB Phoenix Center is a 24/7 Helpline for survivors of sexual assault, stalking, relationship violence and domestic violence. Our mission is to:

Help empower survivors of sexual violence by providing choices and decision-making opportunities. Strive to create a campus climate that is free from oppression and gender biases through education and primary prevention. Provide a safe, confidential place on campus for survivors of sexual violence, offering support, advocacy and resources.
