Established in 1901, the first library was donated in memory of Parmly Billings, eldest son of Frederick Billings for whom the city of Billings was named. Today, you can find books, DVDs, audiobooks and much more at the Library. In fact, you can even use the Library from our website, or check out the bookmobile or senior services when they come to your neighborhood.
