Ground Beef 100 Ways! Recipe 1: Cowboy cornbread casserole 🤎👇
2 lbs ground beef
14 oz can corn (drained)
14.5 oz can kidney beans (drained)
2 cups salsa
1 oz taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
Brown beef, drain, then mix everything together. Pour into a greased 9×13 and top with 1½ cups shredded cheese.
Topping:
8.5 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix
8.25 oz can creamed corn
2 tbsp milk
¼ cup sour cream
Mix, spread over the top, and bake at 350° for 35–40 minutes until golden.
