Fruit Punch Salad Bowl
This was the first of three courses for a private pop-up dinner we did on Valentine’s Day.

Despite the promise of a follow-up post on the next aforementioned lamb burger, we had to repost this from instead!-
“Very excited to introduce the first of three flagship flavors, “el Caliente Chocolate Aguacate”, or the Hot Chocolate Alligator Pear. This ice cream is vegan and gets its texture from fresh avocado emulsified into a coconut cream base with 100% organic, single origin cacao. A lil’ bit of heat from fresh cracked black pepper and cayenne with some complexity lent by cardamom, cinnamon, a touch of clove and a pinch of smoked paprika. Incredibly rich chocolate on the palate, tiny perfect chunks of cocoa nibs and a texture so smooth you’d swear it had eggs and cream in the recipe.
…coming in retail pints not quite as soon as we’d like but they’re coming nonetheless…”
