Many people grow up thinking faith and trauma belong in two different worlds.
But Scripture shows the opposite.

Jesus consistently met people in the very places where life had broken them.
He never demanded they be healed before He drew near.

Trauma does not disqualify anyone from God’s presence.
It is often the doorway where His compassion becomes most visible.

When we carry wounds from our past, Christ does not rush us or shame us.
He sits with us, listens to us, and restores us at a pace that honors our humanity.

Healing is not pretending the pain never happened.
Healing is letting Jesus step into the places we’ve been afraid to face alone.

If you’re carrying something heavy, remember this:
The Gospels show a Savior who moves toward the hurting, not away from them.
There is no wound too deep for His gentleness.
