Step into a fantasy world where you become a mighty warrior, cunning rogue, powerful wizard, or noble knight… That's exactly what LARPing (Live Action Role-Playing) is all about! Just bring YOU!
LARPing is an immersive form of role-playing where participants physically act out their characters in real-world settings. You dress in period costume ("garb"), create a persona with a backstory, and actively participate in stories, adventures, and battles right in the park. Safe Foam Combat: Players use padded "boffer" weapons (safe, lightweight replicas of swords, shields, axes, and more) for fast-paced battles and tournaments. Hits are called honestly — no actual contact harm involved!
• Classes and Abilities: Choose from a variety of character classes with unique skills, magic spells, and special abilities. Level up your persona over time through participation.
• Battlegames & Quests: From team deathmatches and capture-the-flag style scenarios to epic story-driven quests with monsters, treasures, and role-play elements.
• Creativity & Community: Make or wear fantasy costumes, craft your own gear, perform bardic arts (songs, stories, poetry), and build friendships in a welcoming group of adventurers.
No experience is necessary — beginners are always welcome! All you need is a positive attitude, comfortable clothes to start (we can help with the rest), and a willingness to have fun. Weapons and basic gear are often available to borrow for newcomers.
