Hello! My name is Ashley Zeiszler and I’m a licensed massage therapist with Muscle Revive.

I studied massage therapy at the Massage Institute of Memphis in Tennessee. I graduated in July 2025, shortly before moving back home to Minnesota. My program was 750 hours focusing most of my work on Swedish massage for relaxation, and sports massage for recovery. I immensely enjoyed working on athletes at University of Memphis and fell in love with sports massage during this time.

My goal for my career has always been to work closely with clients and colleagues, honoring every opportunity to join alongside people in their wellness goals. I love massage! I am so passionate about the physical and mental benefits of bodywork; especially when we all lead such busy lives and can so easily forget to take care of ourselves.

I specialize in deep pressure massage with a wide variety of techniques to approach individual clients. No one massage is ever the same, since our experiences and needs change day to day! I enjoy trigger point work, assisted stretching, and structural integration. However, I’m not one to shy away from a quiet, medium pressure relaxation massage either.

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me outside! I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, and traveling. I’m a huge crafter and devote plenty of time to journaling, quilting, and painting (and chatting about all of it!)
