It is built upon an ethos of hard work, a willingness to suffer, and commitment to overcoming self-imposed limitations. Strength, both physical and psychological, will result for those committed to completing the work we set forth.

LOCAL BUSINESS SPOTLIGHT
Paul, who co-owns the brewery with his wife, has been a member of Iron Village since 2020 and has become a "regular" in the morning sessions. Consistent, hard-working, and encouraging of others; Paul is awesome to have in class and a great member of the IV community.
Gentile Brewing Company
A family-owned and operated nano craft brewery located two blocks down the street from us. As Beverly’s first craft beer taproom they are community-focused, family and dog-friendly, and strive for inclusivity in all that they do.
So after a workout some night soon, take the 4 minute walk down the street and go check them out! They've got a wide selection on tap. I’m a fan of the “table beer”.
