Commissioned as part of the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Arts and Cultural District Public Art Competition, this project is jointly hosted by Beverly, Massachusetts, Montserrat College of Art, and Beverly Main Streets. as a permanent structure located on the Beverly Common, the oracle will be free and open to the public, and its maintenance will include a steady growth of answers contributed by writers, poets, and the general public over years to come.
