Paddles' Park is Beverly's first fenced-in, off-leash Dog Park opened on October 29, 2011. It was established by the Beverly Dog Park Committee working in concert with Mayor Bill Scanlon, City Officials, Beverly Parks and Recreation, and a core group of dedicated volunteers.
