Good morning Beverly, we would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding. The buyers for the building had until June 20th to secure financing and we were scheduled to transfer ownership to them on June 27th. We decided that June 21st would be our last day so that we would have time to clean out.
An extension has been accepted which adds six weeks to that timeframe.
Some employees have already left for new positions, and the rest (myself included ) have been making arrangements for new jobs.
We have decided not to close Saturday and will be open normal hours for the time being.

After over 40 incredible years of serving our community, it is with mixed emotions that we announce the upcoming closure of the Gloria Food Store. This decision was not made lightly, and while we haven’t yet finalized the details, we want to take this moment to express our deepest gratitude to every single customer, employee, and partner who has supported us along the way.
For decades, the Gloria Food Store has been more than just a business – it has been a family. We are immensely proud of the relationships we have built and the trust you have placed in us. Whether you have been with us from the very beginning or joined us more recently, your support means the world to us.
We will keep you updated on the final day of operation and any further details. Until then, we remain committed to serving you with the same care and dedication that we’ve always strived to provide.
