The fact that someone has a right to express a view does not make it appropriate to express the view, nor does it mean the rest of us should not speak out against it.

I'll start - Patriotism

As a result of sequestration, the automatic spending cuts that began March 1, more than 900 civilian employees who support the Massachusetts Guard’s mission must take 11 unpaid furlough days between now and September in a cost-cutting measure.

We understand that the cuts do not affect active-duty guardsmen, but they of course impact the civilian men and women who support the mission (and their families).
