You agree that your Content and information is not confidential, proprietary, private, defamatory, libelous or slanderous and that Rodale’s exercise of its rights hereunder will not constitute an invasion of your publicity or privacy rights. By Posting to our Page, you agree that the Content does not violate, plagiarize, or infringe on the rights of any third party. If any content that you do not own or have rights in is included in any Content you Post to our Page, you must obtain permission from the content owner.
