Intrinsic Health Systems

This is after my final swim leg in the churning channel. All the training was key, but the question still is… how you will respond when you step off the boat and into “the arena.” Will it be fear or fearless determination? I got my answer. It was pure exhilaration! I feel incredibly ALIVE !!!
Each of us jumped off and into the waters without hesitation, determined. So proud so grateful to you my dearest friend and incredible coach and teammates Deb Henson and Marie Clark!
