John Marc Rittle, Executive Director at , spoke with WFMZ about the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, a major federal effort to make housing more affordable in the Lehigh Valley 🏙️
The bill aims to increase the housing supply by easing regulations, limiting large corporate purchases of single-family homes, and expanding access to Section 8 vouchers, helping families find stable, affordable housing.
