✨ 3 Things You Need to Say PEACE OUT ✌️ to if You Want to Thrive with ADHD & Rejection Sensitivity ✨
1️⃣ 🚫 Overanalyzing Every Interaction
Not every “K.” text means someone is mad. Not every delayed response means you upset them. Your brain may be screaming rejection, but most of the time? It’s just life.
2️⃣ 🚫 Trying to “Earn” Rest
You don’t have to finish the list, respond to every message, or prove your worth before you rest. Your brain runs on dopamine, not guilt. Recharge first—focus will follow.
3️⃣ 🚫 Holding Yourself to an Impossible Standard
Perfectionism is just fear in disguise. You don’t need to be the best therapist, the most productive, or the perfect friend to be enough. You’re already enough.
