The A.G.

Just when you feel like it’s a bust, God shows you the way. Drove around for quite awhile looking to help before God led us to “Tarzan and Shelly”.

The more we chatted, the more they opened to us and accepted some help. We talked a little about God and Jesus coming back soon. Shelly teared up and admitted she was scared. I reminded her that she IS going to heaven because she knows/talks/walks with Jesus. When I told her I would see her up there, she felt God’s peace wash thru her and I saw the relief on her face. The four of us prayed together in the woods and felt God’s presence! What an amazing moment!!

I met Jacob today. He is a sweet young homeless man who loves the Lord. He offered to pray for me before I could pray for him! He cried as we prayed together. We spoke briefly as I walked through the park. I offered him some clean longjohns, un**es, and warm socks. I also keep a grocery bag of non-perishable foods in my trunk for such an occasion. His only request is for a blanket. So I am heading back to see him tomorrow morning with a warm blanket, a hot cup of Wawa coffee, and some breakfast.

Lord, you know Jacob’s situation and needs. You are a God of the impossible. I know you can do all things to help. Jesus, you know his heart. His prayers were only to thank you for all he has and for bringing me by to say hello. Please keep him warm and safe tonight. Amen!
