There’s a moment in every custom home project when a structure begins to feel like a home — and our newest Meridian project in Bethesda has reached it.
Outside, stone and flagstone masonry, siding, and trim are giving the exterior its character, with primer ready for finish paint. Site work — permanent power, public water and sewer, and a new stormwater management system — is now complete. Inside, the framed shell has given way to defined rooms, with insulation, drywall, prime paint, hardwood floors, and a working HVAC system all in place.

July brings many finishing details — exterior paint, shutters, gutters, and the final front door, along with interior tile, cabinetry, trim, and paint.
It’s a rewarding stretch for our team, and a glimpse of the home it’s becoming.
