recently started the renovation of a large basement (1800sf) in Bethesda, MD. Removing the 1980s finishes and making significant layout changes to create a modern 1BR "in-law suite", complete with family and living rooms, mud room, expanded bathroom with radiant heat floors, a full service kitchen and a large laundry room.

Finished this project just before the holidays. Helped a self-described "eclectic" client and their expanding family renovate their kitchen, closets and other areas in a 1920s-era condo building. Bumped out kitchen wall to gain some much needed cabinet storage while still maintaining an open feel. Came up with clever ways to utilize every square inch available, including dead space within walls for a spice rack, trash container storage and a hidden compartment for baking sheets. This Boho/retro style kitchen should certainly give their new baby (due in April) some sensory stimulation.

Days away from completing garage renovation for JOC Training. Previous 8ft ceiling gone creating 16ft vaulted ceiling. Total space transformation.
