Please note there is a schedule change effective immediately.
Starting Friday, May 22, there will not be any training /coaches on Fridays.
Training schedule will continue to be held Monday thru Thursday 5:30pm-7:30pm.

We are starting to match up bouts for our July 18th Summer bash show.
Weigh ins 3-5pm- show to start 6pm.
