From the beginning IDL ownership wanted to know that they pay their drivers more, are more flexible, and treat their drivers better than the competition. “If our drivers do not succeed, IDL cannot succeed. We want to treat you better than any employer you’ve ever had and raise your standard of living”. We hire company drivers and owner operators. We've been content to operate 15-20 trucks but we're looking to grow to 20-25 drivers.
