I currently take a 50% deposit for custom orders which 25% of the deposit is non refundable. Because I send detailed photos before I ship or deliver anytime and its approved before hand. I will only refund 50% within 5 Days of receipt and return shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. The 50% refund will only be refunded if the item is sent back exactly like I sent it. Which I keep photos of for both of our protection. I ship USPS 2day priority at low cost which includes Tracking and insurance. My main goal is to maintain a happy Seller and Buyer relationship, I am very open minded and will work with almost any request.
