What a weekend! We are sorry for any delay in response. Aside from the 105° temperatures & closed-for-the-holiday supply houses, we were also hit with an interruption in our ability to log in to Facebook messenger and respond! This was very frustrating after offering our services 24/7 but with the help of the community we were still able to bring AC back to countless people in need. We can’t thank you enough!

A reference came in earlier this week for a single mother without air conditioning. Earlier that same day a technician from one of the big, advertising companies had come out and told her that the system had a restriction in the evaporator coil and it would need to be replaced. A “second visit” would be necessary to “go over the options”….

We’ve heard this sales tale one too many times over the years so naturally we gave the system a full diagnostic to make sure and we’re glad we did!

The system had a very identifiable leak at a braze joint due to poor installation practices. So obvious that an oil stain formed on every object near the connection.

After some conversation we found out that our competitor had be charging the customer to add refrigerant every visit since she moved in without attempting to identify a leak.

Now, we have a lifetime client and our client has a few more seasons with reliable, non leaking air conditioning!
