Mid-life Spices

Just before becoming observant, I was becoming a serious "foodie". I loved trying out new restaurants and experimenting with various flavors in my kitchen. My food affair gave me a love for all types of international flavors including Ethiopian, Indian, Thai, Japanese, Mexican etc. After becoming kosher, I've spend several years honing these international flavors and making them kosher.
