Bay Area Receivership Group

On February 23, 2023 the Siskiyou County Superior Court appointed Ryan Griffith from Bay Area Receivership Group as a receiver over a nuisance property in Mt. Shasta pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 17980.7.

The Mt. Shasta property has endangered the community for years. Mr. Griffith will begin working to abate the dangerous conditions at the property with help from Bay Area Receivership Group team members.
