Just another family meal at Three Stone Hearth: Cauliflower Tabbouleh with pastured hard-boiled eggs (from Burroughs Family Farms), crumbled feta, Golden Guardian and Vital Heart Kraut, and baked Alma Semillera tortilla strips for the Tortilla and Pinto Bean Soup.

Many of our new dishes start out as staff lunch inspirations. Don't be surprised if the Cauliflower Tabbouleh ends up on our menu one day soon -- we think it's a keeper!

Side effects may include more energy, better sleep, lighter moods, weight loss, and a sudden urge to take control of your diet.

Here's what recent Cleanse participants had to say:

“You have so much knowledge to impart and you have a great direct and warm way of teaching and answering questions. It really turned a corner for me so thank you!"

“This has been a great reset for me! I feel so much better, clearer head, better sleep. Much gratitude.“

“I'm excited to keep going with the Cleanse and feel that this experience really helped nudge me over into eating even more fully the way that feels best for my body and my heart/nervous system.”

Joey Anderson is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, specializing in food as medicine and individually tailored nutritional plans to help people thrive. Previously, she was a sous chef at the Esalen Institute, and ran her own nutrient-dense catering company. Our transition from "Winter Squash Season" to "Summer Squash Season" here in The Bay continues, with a brief, green interlude of "Asparagus Season." This week's menu highlights include White Bean Chicken Chili with Summer Squash and Corn, and Chicken Vegetable Soup with Asparagus and Chard.

If you want your protein fully plant-based, our Vegetable Minestrone is a classic, a hearty combination of navy beans and fresh organic local veg simmered in a tomatoey vegetable broth. Want to get your green on? Stir in a dollop of our organic Basil Pesto, blended with with Seka Hills olive oil, Crispy Walnuts and authentic Parmigiano Reggiano. Or try a bowl of Caribbean Cream of Greens Soup (Callaloo), enriched with coconut milk and accented with garlic, lemon, ginger and a hint of coriander.

Check out our complete weekly menu, plus our housemade sauerkrauts & kimchis, kombuchas and kefirs, snacks & treats, carefully curated groceries & pantry staples, supplements & superfoods, herbal products and body care.

NOTE: We'll be open 1 hour earlier for the first night of Passover: Wednesday, April 1, from 3-7pm.

If you're celebrating Passover, love Chopped Liver (and/or Asparagus), this is your week. Enjoy a nourishing, seasonal holiday meal with family and friends, and let us do the cooking for you! Start with classic Chicken Soup with Fresh Herbs, or Chicken and Rice Soup with Wild Mushrooms; Beef Pot Roast with Carrots, slowly-braised overnight in bone broth, or Middle Eastern Beef Stew with Chickpeas, Potatoes and Mint.

Our Spring Green Chicken Broth Infused with Asparagus, Fennel and Herbs is a lovely seasonal sipping broth. Lithuanian Chilled Beet Soup is a probiotic powerhouse, a bright, refreshing combination of sweet, earthy beets, Straus yogurt and sauerkraut brine. Beef and Cabbage Casserole with Sweet & Sour Tomato Sauce offers a take on classic Stuffed Cabbage Rolls, with regenerative, grassfed beef, enzymatically activated rice and our one-of-a-kind, broth-based sauce topping a layer of sauteed organic cabbage.

Because local asparagus season is so short-lived, our vegan Asparagus and White Bean Soup with Herbs and Lemon is back this week as well. Another seasonal side dish with plant protein is Lentil Salad with Fennel, Dandelion leaves and Herbs, with a lovely, mediterranean-inspired pomegranate dressing.

To round out your Passover plates, try our Creamy Horseradish Sauce, with freshly juiced horseradish blended with our housemade, probiotic mayonnaise. We offer a Sephardic variation of Charoset, with dried fruit soaked in fresh, enzymatically-rich orange juice and mixed with our Crispy Walnuts. And for dessert, a more recent Passover tradition -- Coconut Macaroons with Chocolate Chips, made with organic, fair trade coconut, soy-free chocolate chips and pastured egg whites, and baked to an irresistible, crispy golden brown.

Check out our complete weekly menu, plus our housemade sauerkrauts & kimchis, kombuchas and kefirs, snacks & treats, carefully curated groceries & pantry staples, supplements & superfoods, herbal products and body care.
