Day #2 at BWLP! We had a wonderful time collaborating with other WL educators, using to explore holidays, writing intentional learning targets, and writing a script to introduce new concepts! What a day! So much fun and time to share ideas with colleagues. ❤️🗣💬

We have two Strands to choose from:
Strand A – Building Lessons for Real-World Competence
Whether you’re a new or experienced teacher, this strand will help you take lessons to the next level. Together, we’ll design activities with comprehensible input, grammar in context, guided practice, and formative assessments—equipping you with ready-to-use strategies that build student confidence and prepare them for real-world communication.
Strand B – Creating Authentic Thematic Units for Today’s Learners
Bring language and culture alive through engaging thematic units! In this strand, you’ll learn how to design units with authentic resources, essential questions, and Can-Do statements, all aligned with standards. We’ll use backward design to create meaningful tasks that connect students to culture, build skills, and inspire global competence.
