When I came I was looking around and every chair and every spot had a rain jacket or coat or hat. I thought for a second, that there was no place to sit, but there weren't as many people as hats and coats🤔...

But then as I started to hang up my rain jacket on a chair, I realized what was happening 💡🧠

With humor and honest reflection I was told in so many words "I am boring, my profession is full of boring types, rule-followers, people driving 55mph. # He encouraged us don't be boring, but also don't change who we are.

Ramon continuing, business owners/entrepreneurs need us, they need what we do, especially during uncertain, unstable times! So don't have a boring brand, where people end up chosing bad professionals over good ones because they have slick marketing. People need us, we need to stand out with our gifts.

The paradox was just confusing enough to wake me up to listen to his insights. I felt seen even as his edgy humor left bite marks. His brand tips were timely as I work to retool my website and social media messaging.

How have you been boring? How can you bring your gifts more authentically?

Time to take your vitamins?!? I recently bought this pillbox to create a system to help. For years I had been very, very sporadic in taking my vitamins. As far as systems: I have been on a journey over the last 6 months with the goal by the end of the year to complete the building of systems for my business, so that our internal operations flow with clarity and simplicity, we function optimally as a team, and can make a difference in the world.

What systems do you need to get the vital nutrients and sustenance for your business? How are you held back from bringing your unique gifts and offerings to the world?
