We are thrilled to unveil two extraordinary Micro Lots from the high altitudes of Colombia. Whether you’re looking for the crisp elegance of a rare variety or the experimental bold punch of fruit-infused processing, this drop has something for every palate.
1. Pink Borbon Creation 🐆
Hailing from Resinas Farm in Huila, this Single Origin is a masterclass in balance. The Pink Borbon variety is famous for its complex sugars, and this Semi-Washed lot brings those front and center.
• The Profile: Refreshing and bright.
• Tasting Notes: Sugarcane, Citric Acid, Floral, Green Apple, Green Tea, and Tangerine.
• Elevation: 1800 masl.
2. Juicy Grape Anaerobica 🍇
For the adventurous brewer. This lot utilizes a Honey + Grape process, where the coffee is fermented alongside fruit to create a profile that is undeniably juicy and rich.
• The Profile: Deep, jammy, and spiced.
• Tasting Notes: Brown Spice, Caramel, Brown Sugar, Grape & Red Grape.
• Growers: A collaborative effort from producers in Tolima, Huila, & Caldas.
• Elevation: 1750 masl.
