🍓✨ Strawberry Smoothie / Batido de Fresa ✨🍓

Start your active day with something cool and refreshing, or enjoy it as the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! 🥤☀️ This strawberry smoothie is creamy, fruity, and easy to make.

Recipe / Receta:

Ingredients / Ingredientes:
🍊 ½ cup orange juice / ½ taza de jugo de naranja
🍌 1 large banana, peeled and sliced / 1 plátano grande, pelado y en rodajas
🍓 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, thawed / 1 taza de fresas frescas o congeladas, descongeladas
🥣 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt / 1 taza de yogur de vainilla bajo en grasa
🧊 5 ice cubes / 5 cubos de hielo

Preparation / Preparación:
1️⃣ Combine orange juice, banana, and half of the strawberries in a blender. Blend until smooth.
