Neo-traditional is such a funny term but what has often used to describe some of our projects. This 1916 Henry Gutterson is a testimony to how great design is timeless. We just brought in our penchant for color that harmonizes well with the traditional architectural bones. As seen in our book, Storied Homes.
The clients showed me the original cost of build for this house. 🤯 Let’s just say it was less than the cost of this photo shoot. 🙃

I gave this bathroom considerable amount of thought in terms of design. The original redwood paneling was missing in this space. And to keep it visually consistent as a whole, especially since the 11’ walls were visible from the exterior, a wall treatment LIKE the redwood paneling had to be applied.
This stunning wallpaper with tiny patches of hand sewn green squares was the Eureka 💡 moment. As seen on .
