On Friday, March 27, 2026. Community Partners International (CPI) and the ศูนย์เรียนรู้ทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขชายแดน จ.ตาก - Tak Border Health Learning Center (TBHLC) - at Mae Sot General Hospital (MSGH) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to support telehealth consultation services for patients with non-communicable diseases (NCDs). The ceremony was presided over by a representative of Asst. Prof. (Special) Dr. Ramate Wongwilairat, Director of Mae Sot Hospital, acting as Director of the TBHLC, and Dr. Si Thura, Chief Executive Officer of CPI.

The initiatives in this MoU, offered through the Friendly Clinic at MSGH, support continuous patient care through symptom monitoring, behavioral modification counseling, information exchange, and exploration of opportunities for future activities. It will serve as a key mechanism to promote more continuous, comprehensive, and accessible patient care, particularly for foreign populations in border areas, who frequently face barriers to accessing healthcare services.

This partnership supports the health service improvements and helps to reduce inequality, promote the quality of life of vulnerable populations, and sustainably develop the border public health system.
