Fire Cause Analysis Hires New Operations Manager:
➡ Jennifer Sellers-Brown, MBA, FCLS ⬅

Jennifer Sellers-Brown, MBA, FCLS, directs and manages the internal and external client support and operational teams at Fire Cause Analysis (FCA). Her primary responsibility is to drive corporate operational and technical activities, ensuring FCA delivers the highest level of professional, effective, and thorough services to our clients.

Before joining FCA, Jennifer spent thirteen years in the insurance industry with AmTrust Financial Services, where she served as an SIU Investigator and later as an SIU Manager. Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge and specialized expertise in insurance investigations to FCA. Her background in the insurance industry includes investigating, developing, and delivering unique training to professionals on anti-fraud policies, procedures, and investigative techniques. Before her career in insurance, Jennifer spent over a decade as a paralegal, managing all aspects of case files, from initiation to conclusion, for firms specializing in both criminal defense and civil litigation.

Jennifer has been with her husband, Troy for 13 years and happily married for 4 years. Their pride and joy is their boxer, Cassius Clay, who was an official witness to their nuptials. Together, they are avid sports fans - mostly football, basketball, and baseball. Even if they don't always root for the same team, they try to attend as many games in person whenever possible. Jennifer also loves spending time with family, in person or virtually, and she loves baking.
