Q: How did CMG help you transition to college?
A: CMG greatly helped me transition to college as I was able to find a supportive and caring community just a few weeks into college. By finding such an amazing community, I was able to feel more comfortable and never felt a lack of belonging within an otherwise large school. Moreover, by finding a set of friends through CMG, I was able to have a lot of fun at retreats and casual meetups, making it an easier process to transition into a new environment and new school without any pre-existing friends. Also, through professional guidance from seniors who have taken classes and been through experiences that I might encounter, I felt more comfortable in adjusting to new academic and extracurricular opportunities and could receive personal advice and support, making me less nervous or overwhelmed in the transition to college.
