Good people, we are open through Saturday April 28th. We are baking as fast as we can. If, when you come in, our shelves are low in goodies, it’s because you lovely folks have whipped us out. Virginia Bakery, a Berkeley institution, will close on April 28 The husband-wife owners will close the 84-year-old bakery in the Gourmet Ghetto to retire.
