The SLC Writing Program supports Cal undergraduates in their journeys to become more persuasive and more purposeful writers. Via student-initiated conferences and peer-facilitated workshops, our services seek to embolden students to take ownership of their writerly and scholarly growth.

Happy Spring 2025, Cal writers! With classes underway, and plentiful papers on the horizon, we are thrilled to let you know that full services will be returning Monday, February 3rd. Whether you will be celebrating with family, connecting with friends, or getting some much-needed quiet time, we hope you enjoy the upcoming break to the fullest. We want to remind you that Drop-in (bit.ly/slcwpdt) is available 11 am-5 pm for the rest of the week. Come on by to work on those final writing projects and set yourself up for success after the break!
Our last day of service before the break is Friday, November 22nd, and we will return Monday, December 2nd. We look forward to seeing you!
