I offer a form of soothing bodywork that is a combination of Thai Massage, Shiatsu & Breema. Chakras are balanced, Meridians are opened, muscles are stretched and the fascia re-alligned leaving you feeling invigorated, integrated & whole.

Been enjoying playing with the Bow stretch of late and its many variants...taking the body into this amazing arc...such a great way to create a full body expansion.

We did some nice work in class the other day on the Sen lines of the head. Deeply relaxing...preceded by some work on the spinal column...together - great way to tone down the nervous system...
