PRP Injection update: Toady marks 1 month since my hip (both) & glute (both) injections. Before the injections climbing even just once was EXCRUCIATING, let alone dancing in any capacity. This was my performance from last night & it didn’t hurt! Now it wasn’t comfy BUT for the 5 minutes I was on stage I felt no pain, just freedom in movement. ♥️
Not being able to dance is like not breathing for me. So 🤞🏻my body continues to heal itself.

Hello again! I took a short pause out of respect for everything happening in the world right now, but I’m jumpin back on this in hopes to kick start it back up and continue this journey.
For Valentine’s Day, I’d love to push past the purchase barrier so I can finally get this equipment ordered. During the break, I connected with Balanced Body and got an official quote ready and in the queue. The exciting part? I can cut costs by driving to Sacramento to pick everything up myself, saving a big chunk on shipping. ROAD TRIP!
The total with tax comes to $3,398.45. Raising $350 more (including a little gas money) will allow me to take a day and make this happen.
