Even after doing this work for decades, teaching ๐น๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐ก๐ ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ค๐๐กโ ๐ด๐ท๐ป๐ท still matters deeply to me. Because I know how quietly exhausting life can feel when youโre bright, capable, and always holding it together.

It was supposed to be a quick trip to an unexpected school meeting.
But I hit construction delays.
Gas was low.
Parking was a mess.
And ๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐๐ was out โ schools, businesses, shoppers, traffic, all at once.
ADHD brains like mine?
We feel it all โ the sensory load, the interruptions, the sudden change of plans.
And I realized something.
๐ I discovered the secret to getting through high-demand days with less overwhelm by letting go of โthe most efficientโ and choosing what was ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ for my brain.
It became clear that simplifying my day ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ gave me back my calm โ and my focus.
Thatโs when I realized: itโs ๐๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐ข๐ก ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก ๐๐๐โ๐ก โ itโs about doing what ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ ๐๐๐๐๐.
So I got gas.
I skipped the veggie-chopping and ordered takeout.
And I made it through the day without losing myself.
Thatโs the work I do now โ helping ๐จ๐ซ๐ฏ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐
