It is said that the state of our being
and the intentions we hold in our hearts
at the exact turning point of the solstice
ripple outward,
shaping the year that is about to unfold.

At this sacred moment of the Winter Solstice,
I invite you to a sound healing journey
guided by Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls,
beginning at 7:03am, the peak of the solstice.

The bowls used in this session are
