This training is designed for leaders, teams, and organizations who want to move beyond reactive conflict management and build proactive, relationship-centered cultures.
In this training, you’ll learn how to:
✔️ Develop shared values and community agreements
✔️ Give and receive feedback effectively
✔️ Foster accountability without harm
✔️ Facilitate difficult conversations
✔️ Hold space for teams and communities
