What are the benefits of my Bootcamp?
Unlike regular weekly training sessions you are not tied to a specific amount of sessions every week.
Classes are 45 minutes and focus on full body rather than focusing on a specific muscle group.
Get stronger and get better conditioning.
Take as many or as few classes as you want during the week.

One of the biggest exercise/fitness myths for women is that, if you lift weights you will get big and bulky, you will look like a man, you will look like a bodybuilder. All wrong.
