Wellness isn’t just green smoothies and bubble baths 🫖🛁
Sometimes it’s managing anxiety.
Sometimes it’s learning to rest.
Sometimes it’s preparing so well that you can actually unplug. 💭✨

I’m taking a few vacation days soon 🧳☀️ (yes, Ms. Stephanie rests too!) — but I could NEVER leave my little learners without a little sprinkle of ✨Ms. Stephanie Magic✨

So what does that look like? 👇🏽

📚 Library trips before I go
🎶 Turning our favorite songs into art projects
🔺 Sending home shape/learning activities
🎨 Intentional enrichment that continues at home
💛 Social-emotional connections woven into everything

Because even when I’m away…
I still want them learning.
I still want them creating.
I still want them feeling connected. 🥹💛

Truth moment?
I miss them when I’m gone. Like… a lot. 🥹
But preparing thoughtfully helps ease my anxiety and allows me to truly recharge so I can come back refreshed and ready to pour back in. 🌊✨

Self-care for caregivers matters too.
We cannot pour from an empty cup. ☕💛
