Post-ceremony vintage meat-cooler cool down

It was in the upper 90’s, mid-July, and humid.
An unforgiving but classic Kentucky summer day. The type where you stand in the shade, yet feel the sweat drip down your hairline. After a beautiful outdoor ceremony on an equine estate, the couple rushed straight from the spot where they said their vows and hustled with the wedding party to the farmhouse which had an old walk-in meat cooler. Me, quickly running after them. They packed in like sardines allowing the moment to set in. I was a fly on the wall with my camera watching them cheer together after waiting so long through covid for this day. And I was so thankful to feel the draft of that cold air spilling into the hallway where I stood.

Don’t worry.
No meat was in the cooler.
Just beer and white wine. 😜

With today’s high of 29°, I’ll take a Kentucky summer day right now
