2026 GRITTY 5K The 2026 GRITTY 5K is on Saturday September 26, 2026. It includes the following events: Gritty 5K and VIRTUAL Gritty 5K.

Full Strawberry Moon at various zoom lengths. There is a thinner veil of clouds right now & the first image came out pretty cool with the dark ring. I can zoom through thin clouds, but it does distort the crispness of the moon's details. This moon's low ride along the horizon adds to it's golden color & "closer" appearance!

Chopped up the tomatoes, cucumbers & pepper along with an onion I already had at home. Made a quick version of my lemon Dijon dressing & tossed along with crumbled feta. Just need to grab a quick protein to pair up & I have Quick, nourishing, hydrating lunches for the rest of this scorcher of a week.
