We're trading golden shovels for golf clubs! ⛳

Join CS Construction and J Bar J Youth Services on June 17 at 12:00 PM at 62895 Hamby Road in Bend as we celebrate the kickoff of J Bar J's newest project: their Support Center.

We're putting a fun twist on the traditional groundbreaking with a golf chipping fundraiser, where members of the project team will take aim at donation targets to raise money for J Bar J and the incredible work they do supporting youth and families throughout Central Oregon.

The community is invited to stop by, enjoy some light snacks, watch the action, and help us celebrate this exciting milestone.

Excited to share CS Construction's progress on Third Garage Flex Space in Sisters, Oregon—a project we’re proud to be building alongside owners Rob and Angela Moneyhan.

This development was driven by a clear need: creating walkable, flexible retail and small business space in a growing community that lacked those opportunities. Through thoughtful planning and flexible zoning, Third Garage is delivering a high-value solution for both businesses and the surrounding neighborhood.

Project highlights:
· 55% leased
· Remaining spaces from 900–2,700 SF
· Shell spaces delivering Summer 2026
· Certificate of Occupancy achieved 12/30/25
· Delivered in just 9 months from groundbreaking

Located near the Barclay Drive bypass, the project is already home to great tenants including The Gym by Sisters Physical Therapy, Cuvee Wine Bar, and Blacktail Golf.

We’re continuing to build out tenant spaces and are excited to see this community hub come to life.

CS Construction had the chance to host a subcontractor appreciation lunch out at Touchmark at Pilot Butte, and it was one of those moments that reminds you what this industry is all about.

Grateful for a great team, great weather, and a project that’s really starting to take shape.

We hit a big milestone out at Britta Ridge Apartments this month: we flew trusses on the first of three buildings🪁! While Building 1 moves forward with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins, the next buildings are already underway with foundations and framing.

This 178-unit project is a team effort, and we’re proud to be working alongside Kenneth Buehner, Severson Plumbing & Home Services, Latham Excavation & Services, LLC , JKD Construction and Bright Services.
