Excited to share CS Construction's progress on Third Garage Flex Space in Sisters, Oregon—a project we’re proud to be building alongside owners Rob and Angela Moneyhan.

This development was driven by a clear need: creating walkable, flexible retail and small business space in a growing community that lacked those opportunities. Through thoughtful planning and flexible zoning, Third Garage is delivering a high-value solution for both businesses and the surrounding neighborhood.

Project highlights:

· Remaining spaces from 900–2,700 SF
· Shell spaces delivering Summer 2026
· Certificate of Occupancy achieved 12/30/25
· Delivered in just 9 months from groundbreaking

Located near the Barclay Drive bypass, the project is already home to great tenants including The Gym by Sisters Physical Therapy, Cuvee Wine Bar, and Blacktail Golf.

CS Construction had the chance to host a subcontractor appreciation lunch out at Touchmark at Pilot Butte, and it was one of those moments that reminds you what this industry is all about.

Grateful for a great team, great weather, and a project that’s really starting to take shape.

We hit a big milestone out at Britta Ridge Apartments this month: we flew trusses on the first of three buildings🪁! While Building 1 moves forward with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins, the next buildings are already underway with foundations and framing.

This 178-unit project is a team effort, and we’re proud to be working alongside Kenneth Buehner, Severson Plumbing & Home Services, Latham Excavation & Services, LLC , JKD Construction and Bright Services.

Last week’s Trinity Place groundbreaking in Sisters was such a blast! 🎉

We had the opportunity to celebrate Northwest Housing Alternatives’ 40 new affordable homes for working families alongside a great group of partners.

Huge shoutout to Clayton Crowhurst for bringing some out-of-the-box thinking to the event – retiring the traditional golden shovels in favor of something pretty unique: the “Excavator Olympics.” 🏅

Here’s how it worked: project partners took turns in the seat of CS Construction’s mini excavator (with expert coaching from Clint Loveday of Grizzly Mountain Excavation), attempting to pick up and drop beach balls, basketballs, and medicine balls into crates of varying sizes. Somehow… we only had one ball pop!

Each crate had a dollar value attached, so every shot helped raise funds for Northwest Housing Alternatives – made possible by sponsors CS Construction, LRS Architects, Columbia Bank, and Raymond James.

A little friendly competition with a great cause behind it – we couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick this project off!

We’re excited to share a few photos from the groundbreaking at Verde Pines 🎉 - a new 128-unit affordable housing community we’re building alongside United Housing Partners 🤝, whose work is all about creating long-term, sustainable homes in the communities that need them most.

With their deep experience navigating complex financing and delivering high-quality housing, United Housing Partners is a great partner as we work to support family stability and strengthen the surrounding community 💚🏘️

On site, things are already moving fast! From underground utilities to foundation prep, earthwork and civil construction are in full swing - and the transformation is well underway. Stay tuned for more updates as we keep building forward!
