Originally built in 1916, the Box Factory began just as that; a box factory. This bustling industrial hub for Central Oregon operated until 2004 and was the last standing factory of its kind in Bend. The building was purchased in 2013 and began restoration work to preserve and maintain the site's original character. Kyle and James opened Miyagi Ramen in 2018 with a vision of creating a welcoming spot where people could gather over great food. Today, Chef Dylan brings that vision to life through rich broths, bold flavors, and dishes that keep guests coming back.
