After 10 incredible years, it’s hard to find the words to express just how much Dawn has meant to our team, our business, and our customers.

From her very first day, Dawn has been the kind of employee every business dreams of having and every coworker hopes to work beside. For a decade, she has consistently gone above and beyond, never hesitating to jump in wherever needed, tackle any challenge, or lend a helping hand. Her work ethic, reliability, positivity, and dedication place her among the very best—truly the top 1% of employees.

But Dawn is so much more than an outstanding employee. She is a trusted coworker, a loyal friend, and a beloved part of our family. Her kindness, sense of humor, and genuine care for others have touched countless lives, both behind the scenes and across the tables of the many guests she has served over the years.

While we are devastated to see her leave, we are excited for her as she returns home to Colorado to begin her next chapter.

Dawn will be with us for the next four weeks, and we encourage everyone who has come to know and love her over the years to stop by, say goodbye, and wish her well. She has been an important part of our story for the last 10 years, and we know many of you will want the chance to send her off with the love and appreciation she deserves.
