Bend Ecstatic Dance is a weekly offering with incredible music inside of an astoundingly fun, diverse and beautiful venue. Every Tuesay 7:45-10pm at The Glow Pad, we dim the lights, brighten the sound and create an ambiance of embodied freedom for you to awaken into movement. No experience needed, no dance steps to perform.

This is in response to Oregon having 4 of its biggest eDances on Tuesdays, which makes it challenging to enjoy dancing in Ashland, Eugene and Sasser’s dance in Portland.
